What Does My VA Benefit Get Me in San Diego 2012?
Good news my active and retired military people, the VA has granted an INCREASE in VA loan benefit. Yippee! In years past, the maximum loan benefit was a pitiful amount, that could only yield small condominiums and small houses. Now is that some way to reward our American Freedom defenders? Hell No!
So the powers that be, got their pencial pushers together, mixed in the bean counters, and have come up with a pretty good number specific for San Diego County real estate. They have granted a maximum value of $477,000.00
