Today I met a reality Millionaire in person. Let me start by saying that I don't mean "reality TV" star, but I mean reality when it comes to the "everyday Joe", but in this case, Joe just happens to have more than $1,000,000 of disposable cash in his bank account. I have dealt with many million dollar properties and produced real estate miracles to help those families, but because the price of the house is $1.0 Million dollars, doesn't mean that they are real millionaires. It could just mean that a particular family earns just enough income to spread that million dollar price tag over 30 years.

Another way you could spin the $8000 is to attack you principle dollar amount, so get am $8000 head start in paying down that debt. Besides, it also reduces your overall monthly payment around $50 a month. Not bad considering a tank of gas will cost you $50 bucks!
