Local and State Governments have teamed up in 2008 to INCREASE the number of home owners and DECREASE the renter population. They have setup the program to make HOME OWNERSHIP EASIER by creating home loan guidelines that are less restrictive than conventional loan programs and provide money assistance for down payment and closing costs.
