• Negotiation = We engage in non-traditional negotiation. Whether it be delivering you a lower purchase price, more builder incentives from a new home builder (like Centex/KB Home/etc.), or lowering your mortgage rate with a lender. We take pride in delivering negotiation tactics that always give the advantage to our clients. Just be sure to trust us in our unorthodox methods!
• Education = Agent619.com believes that our clients should be fully educated in the real estate, mortgage, lending practices. Therefore we spend a lot of time early in our relationship to bring you up to speed on your current real estate scenario. Once the facts have been layed out, we believe that our clients will have the power to make the right decisions based on their education. Our goal is to educate more and advise less and we believe our clients value that approach to the real estate partnership.
