Dan has over twelve years of experience in operating, building, and running real estate organizations. He specializes in Market Research, Project Feasibility Analysis, Entitlements, Project Planning, Risk Management, Marketing, Liaising with banks and Governmental Agencies, Sales Management, and Short Sale Negotiations. Dan previously held the title of Vice President for Premier Coastal Development, and was Director of Operations for Premier Custom Homes. Premier Custom Homes built Custom Homes in the exclusive community of La Jolla, California. Dan helped build Premier Coastal Development, a leader in work force housing, in San Diego county from 3 employees in 1997 to over 100 employees in 2006. The company bought and sold over 1,600 units in over 50 projects throughout San Diego County and Arizona totaling between sales and purchases over $733 million dollars in real estate transactions.
